Visual instruction

The assembly of a product has become much harder due to customer and marketing demands.

Each day more and more OEM's and suppliers have to support an ever increasing rise of variations, where some of these variations are only built once a year, it is too expensive to give the personnel the right education or training for that specific variation.

To tackle this issue, visual aid in the form of pictures or movies are shown to the operator when needed. For example, an operator is shown the correct tightening order and a dynamical visualization of the tightenings that he has to execute.
